FUNNY PHOTOSHOOTS

Ystäväni piti kovasti aiemmin ottamistani valokuvista hänen pojastaan ja pyysi minua ottamaan myös potretin koko perheestä. Menimme eräänä aurinkoisena perjantaipäivänä kuvailemaan läheiseen kaupungin puistoon. Tuli räpsittyä aikamoinen kasa kuvia. Niiden joukossa oli hauskoja kuvia, jotka eivät välttämättä kehyksiin päädy, mutta tilannekuvina kivoja otoksia. Poika oli vähän vakavalla tuulella joten koitettiin saada häntä nauramaan, mikä ei ollut ihan helppoa ;) Ystäväni antoi minulle luvan esitellä joitakin hauskoja otoksia täällä blogissani.

My friend liked really much of the photos I took of her son earlier, so she asked if I could take a portrait of her family too. On a sunny Friday afternoon we went to Stadtpark nearby to take the photos. I took quite a few of them and amongst them were some funny pictures that are not necessarily going to end up in frames but have nice athmosphere and mood in them. The son was a bit serious so we tried to make him laugh and it was not so easy ;) My friend gave me permission to show some of these photos here in my blog.

En todellakaan ole mikään kuvauksen ammattilainen ja mun pitäisi OIKEASTI opetella käyttämään tuota kameraa. Aikalailla automaattiasetuksilla tulee kuvailtua ja sitten vähän jälkikäteen säädettyä valotusta ja värejä koneella. Milloinkahan sitä jaksaisi paneutua kameran säätöihin.… Mutta oli kyllä tosi kiva kuvaussessio ja hyvät mallit! Kiitos Monika, Bernhard ja Leo, toivottavasti piditte kuvista!

I am not an expert in photography and I should REALLY learn how to use our camera. I take photos quite much with automatic settings and then correct lighting and colors a bit afterwards with a computer. I wonder when I have so much commitment that I would start learning the camera´s settings… Anyhow, it was a nice photoshoot session and great models! Thanks Monika, Bernhard and Leo, I hope you liked the photos!

KAUPUNGIN PUISTO --- STADTPARK --- CITY PARK

Tämä  iso puisto sijaitsee lähellä keskustaa ja on kävelymatkan varrella kotoamme keskustaan ja on todella kaunis näin kesäaikaan.

This big park is close to the city  and on our way to the city center when we walk there and it is really beautiful in summertime.

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER MUSEUM

Arnold Schwarzenegger syntyi ja vietti nuoruutensa Thalin kylässä joka sijaitsee 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä meiltä kotoa. Arnoldin kotitalossa on nykyään Arnie´s life museo, joka kertoo hänen elämästään. Oltiin Jounin kanssa jo mietitty aikaisemmin että käydään siellä joskus ja nyt olikin hyvä tilaisuus mennä, kun arvelin että veljeänikin voisi moinen kiinnostaa. Terminaattori leffat oli teinivuosina kova juttu. Museo oli aika pieni ja kompakti ja oli ihan kiva käydä siellä.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was born and spend his childhood and youth in a village called Thal that´s about 20 minutes drive from our home. In his former home there´s  a museum called Arnie´s life, telling his story. We had thought about going there with Jouni, but now was a great chance to go there because I figured my brother could also be interested to see it. Terminator movies were awesome in my teenage years. The museum was quite small and compact and it was nice to visit there.

Erityisesti museosta jäi mieleen lipunmyyjänainen, joka erittäin pirteällä ja eloisalla olemuksellaan sai hyvän mielen ja hymyn huulille jo ennen varsinaista museovierailua.

What especially stayed on my mind from the museum, was the very cheerful and lively lady selling the tickets. She made us smile and into a good mood even before going to an actual museum.

Ihasteltiin Grazia ylhäältäpäin Fürstenstandin kukkulalta

We went to see Graz from the hill called Fürstenstand

Käytiin syömässä tapaksia parin korttelin päässä kotoamme sijaitsevassa kivassa pikkuravintolassa

We ate tapas in a nice small restaurant few blocks away from our house

Käytiin uimassa Schwarzlseella --- Went swimming to Schwarzlsee

Isä löysi hienon tuliaisen itselleen --- My father found a nice souvenir for himself

Pienet nokoset ennen kotimatkaa...no, Tikru kyllä jää vielä tänne..
